Have you seen the billboard yet? Located on Highway 60 to catch the eye of passing traffic and direct them towards our downtown; we are excited about the opportunity to promote our community!
This project will benefit our local businesses and the downtown area. It has been made possible by the work of our Economic Vitality Committee, who identified the needs of our local businesses and obtained the support of sponsors to ensure that it will be at this location for at least a year.
We were also able, through a USDA grant and with the assistance of Missouri Main Street Connection, to integrate our new branding on the billboard design with a professionally designed logo and artwork created by a local artist.
Thanks to our sponsors City of Aurora, Aurora Chamber of Commerce, Ava Belle’s Flea Market, The Garden Exchange, Freedom Bank of Southern Missouri and First Independent Bank!
